EE Labs

The Electrical Engineering Department’s instructional labs provide students with unparalleled opportunities to work with modern equipment and instruments. Instructional Labs are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-10 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., except for those used for class instruction.

The provides opportunities for analog integrated circuit designs, bio-implantable and biomedical devices, low- power and low-noise designs, microelectronics, mixed-signal VLSI designs, and hardware security. Recent projects in this lab include research on secure multimodal sensors that use low-power blocks to implement impedance and temperature sensors, security fabricated with a Lorenz chaotic circuit, and printable electrodes and flexible circuits.
