The Faculty Center is launching a new focused on DEIA Excellence in the Beach Classroom. Open to all tenure-track and lecturer faculty.
Academic Advising Registers 11,000+ Students
It is with great appreciation that we acknowledge the hard work of all our academic advisors, who advised and registered over 11,000 students this summer. Our continuing enrollment, AUL and first-year retention are also up for Fall 2024, and academic advisors play a huge role in those accomplishments as well. Liberal Arts Dean Selected for Becoming a Provost Academy
College of Liberal Arts has been selected as a member of the 2024-2025 cohort for the American Association of State Colleges and Universities' Becoming a Provost Academy (BAPA).
Faculty member receives $600,000 to study supports for adults with disabilities
аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ Associate Professor Kelli Sanderson and Vanderbilt University Professor Meghan Burke the three-year grant by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research.
