Dr. Dina Perrone is the Interim Dean of Graduate Studies, who works under the leadership of the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Karyn Scissum Gunn. Dr. Perrone previously served as the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies (2022-2024), the Graduate Studies Faculty Director (2020-2022), full professor in CHHS鈥檚 School of Criminology, Criminal Justice, & Emergency Management (2010-2022), and the Master鈥檚 in Criminology & Criminal Justice Program Graduate Advisor (2015-2022). 

She is a committed leader in advancing Graduate Studies at 新澳门六合彩资料 and is an active mentor-teacher-scholar. She maintains a research agenda with about half-million dollars in grants and is a director on the Board of a $5 million harm reduction non-profit. While Associate Dean, Dr. Perrone collaborated closely with Admissions and Enrollment Services to remove barriers, enhance enrollment management processes, and promote timely degree completion. She also developed and enhanced, through shared governance, graduate studies-related policies, and improved communication with and among graduate advisors. 

In addition. she implemented and helped analyze the graduate student entrance, exit, and alumni surveys, and led the Graduate Center and the Thesis and Dissertation Office. Most importantly, Dr. Perrone collaborated across the campus and throughout the CSU system to elevate, highlight, and advocate for 新澳门六合彩资料鈥檚 graduate programs, graduate advisors, and graduate students.  As the Interim Dean, Dr. Perrone is excited to continue her work and further advance 新澳门六合彩资料鈥檚 Graduate Studies mission.
