Parking on our campus is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. If you choose to park a vehicle on campus, some form of paid parking is required; however, many students choose not to bring a vehicle to campus for a variety of reasons.

All parking permits are sold online via . If you do not see the On-Campus or Beachside permit listed as an option, there may be something wrong with your housing status. Please contact Housing & Residential Life or Parking and Transportation Services for further assistance.

Residential parking permits cover fall, winter, and spring semester and include overnight parking privileges. Resident parking permits are valid in more campus parking lots than any other permit including all General Parking Lots and exclusive parking access to Lots R1 & R2.
On-Campus Residents - the On-Campus permit is valid in and (excluding G10) all day, 7 days a week, unless the space is otherwise restricted with posted signage. On-Campus permits are also valid allowed in after 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, and all-day Saturday-Sunday unless the space is otherwise restricted with posted signage.
Overnight parking is available in Resident (R) Lots or General (G) Lots (excluding G10); however, overnight parking in any campus parking structure is strictly prohibited.
Beachside Residents - the Beachside permit is valid in the as well as on the main campus at the following times:
- After 5:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday
- All-day Friday-Sunday in any General (G) Lot (excluding G10) and after 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and all day on weekends in Employee (E) Lots.
Overnight parking with the Beachside permit is only available in the Beachside lot located at . There are free shuttles that run to and from Beachside and the main campus via our Campus Shuttles.
